Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

As a default, all items are defaulted to ship through Frontline Freight.  Large items requiring special freight or handling are delivered through Frontline Freight specializing in transporting the product type ordered. There are certain areas/locations of the United States that may encounter surcharges. One example is a toll bridge. Also, there may be some physical addresses that Frontline Freight cannot deliver to, so they will then deliver the goods to the closest Frontline Freight pickup terminal in your area.

*Please note that Frontline Freight does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

 

 

Shipping guarantee 

 

MIKAMAT will gladly give a replacement for any packages that have been lost or damaged. Please contact us to initiate the claims procedure so that we can supply a replacement. It may take up to ten business days to address this issue. All items leaving our warehouses are brand new and examined to ensure quality. Please make notes with the driver / Delivery Person or refuse the shipment if you are asked to sign for something that appears to be damaged.

 

When will my order ship?

At MIKAMAT we will make every effort to ship your purchase as soon as possible.

 

Orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days from the time they are ordered and paid. On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, orders will be dispatched the next business day.

 

It's possible that the item you ordered could be out of stock or delayed. In this scenario, we'll work with you to either reschedule your shipment or find an alternate item that matches your needs

 

Do I need to sign for my Delivery?

The delivery of MATs will necessitate a signature. Please keep in mind that by signing the release for delivery, you are accepting responsibility for the delivery, and neither Frontline Freight nor MIKAMAT can replace goods that are stolen or destroyed.


 

Additional Information

MIKAMAT is aware of unexpected needs to arise, and it is our objective to ensure that your delivery meets your expectations. However, processing times and carrier-scheduled pickup times occasionally hinder us from meeting our aim of shipping out products as asked.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the product you get for any reason, you may return unused products for a refund within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

 

  • All "free shipping" merchandise returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. The standard restocking fee is 10%.

  • Only new, unopened, and unused items are returnable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.

  • Returns received more than 30 days after delivery may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

  • All exchanges will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

  • Additional fees and return shipping expenses may apply to unapproved returns.

The following do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee:

  • Products that have been used before (Laying product on the floor only once will be considered a used product - as lint and dust is easily adhered to flooring.)

  • Clearance Products

  • Discontinued Products

  • Products available only by special order (These products are noted as a Special Order or a Non-Returnable product at the time of order or when a quote is provided.)

  • Original Shipping Costs

 

Warranty Returns:

Please notify customer support if a product appears to be damaged under normal use during the warranty term. If a customer returns a product to MIKAMAT, the customer will pay for shipping charges if the product is received by MIKAMAT and found to be defective merchandise following an inspection.

 

MIKAMAT is only allowed to file one claim per customer order when filing a claim with a manufacturer for product faults.

 

Warranty Information:

  • Under regular use, any manufacturer flaws are covered.

  • The Warranty period for MATS purchased from MIKAMAT is 180 days from the date of purchase.

 

Warranty is Void if: 

  • Negligence-caused damage to a product.

  • Unauthorized modification of a product causes it to be damaged.

  • Natural disasters have left their mark.

  • Product theft or loss

Consumer Protection

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state to state.

 

These MIKAMAT's policies may be changed without notice.
